We are looking for an Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic and growing Sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Value-Led Selling & Industry Champion 

  • Act as subject matter expert in our solution (IWMS, PropTech, ReTech highly preferred)
  • Work alongside Sales Engineers to facilitate and enhance our demos.
  • Lead structured discovery conversations to uncover strategic, financial, and operational issues.  
  • Align Tango’s platform to clearly defined customer outcomes.  
  • Executive-level credibility in customer conversations.  
  • Translating client needs into compelling solutions; use case studies, ROI projections, upsell & cross-sell where relevant.  
  • Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI, risk reduction, and enterprise value.  
  • Navigate complex buying processes using MEDDPICC-aligned qualification.  

 

Full-cycle Ownership: 

  • Sell multi-module SaaS solutions in one ouf our designated ICPs: Retail, Corporate, and Fed/Sled.  
  • Own the sales cycle: qualification → proposal → negotiation → close.  
  • Consistently deliver against a high-performance quota. 
  • Mentor more Jr-level Sales Reps.
  • Engage executive leaders and key stakeholders.  
  • Generate opportunities through a mix of outbound outreach, inbound leads, partners, referrals, and events.  
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to advance deals.  
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, deal stages, and forecasting in Salesforce. 

 

About You:

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales. 
  • Experience in IWMS, Real Estate Tech, PropTech industries highly preferred 
  • High-volume SaaS sales with the following client profiles highly preferred: Retail, Corporate, and Fed/Sled
  • Demonstrated success closing new logo deals with mid-market & enterprise customers. 
  • Experience selling into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Gong strongly preferred. 
  • Strong consultative selling mindset. 
  • Ability to run structured discovery and control sales conversations. 
  • Confident in executive-level communication, negotiation, and objection handling. 
  • Comfortable operating within a defined sales process and qualification framework. 
  • Results-driven and accountable. 
  • Coachable and committed to continuous improvement. 
  • High standards for preparation, follow-through, and professionalism. 
  • Thrives in a structured, performance-oriented environment. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field

Base pay offered is contingent on qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is just one piece of the full compensation structure offered at Tango. If this pay range is outside of your expectations, we still encourage you to apply and have a conversation with us.

Base pay offered for this position is: $100,000 - 120,000 (plus commission)
